Question by Kristin: Anyone had their Kitchen remodeled?
I was wondering about what it would cost to get all new cabinets, sinks, countertops, and the whole enchillada. Also, if you have done this, please tell me about your experience and any tips you can give me. Saving on costs, dealing with contractors, etc…
Thanks in advance!

As someone who is in the construction industry and who has remodeled kitchens let me first ask:
What is the size of your kitchen i.e.: square footage?
What type of finish do you want? Hardwood, painted MDF etc.
What type of counter top: formica? Corian, stone, butcher block, concrete
Will there be any modifications to existing cabinetry: extensions, appliance moves, electrical work?
What type of hardware?
Your best bet is to contact local contractors (to you) and solicit bids and ask for names and numbers of their satisfied customers. I ALWAYS provide names of my previous customers to potential ones, any contractor who doesn’t is shady.
I get 100% of my work through referrals and I have more work than I can handle now.
